Covid19 Information

Our London clinics remain open for skin cancer screening (mole checks) and biopsies (removal of atypical moles) as essential medical services, providing essential safeguards against skin cancer in a safe environment in line with latest UK government guidelines on Covid-19.

We ask clients to please;

• Attend appointment 5 minutes early. 

• Attend appointment unaccompanied.

• Do not carry personal possessions to the clinic. 

• Wear a face covering or mask (this is optional and we can provide if requested).

• Practice hand hygiene upon arrival.

• Maintain 2m distance from other patients.

• Pay by card only.

All our staff will be; 

• Wearing a face mask

• Practicing hand hygiene.

• Cleaning and disinfecting between every appointment.

• Carrying out regular infection control audits.

Our clinical staff will also be wearing PPE.

If you book an appointment then wish to cancel, you will receive a full refund if you provide 48 hours’ notice.
